I was skeptical at first, but the service of techiestore is amazing. The product is 100% working and it arrived right on time. I have a Dell laptop which is almost 4 years old, it started having the very common problem of "Battery not charging/plugged in but not charging, I was exhausted and almost bought a new laptop after getting frustrated and trying every possible solution I could find on the internet. Finally, I decided to buy a new laptop charger and battery as the last resort. Thank god I found techiestore, it offered the same charger and compatible battery for my laptop at even less than half the price than the original Dell one, those companies really want to grab your money once you buy any of their products, but thank you techie for existing :)
