Great product and 100% genuine. I checked multiple platforms before buying, but many sellers seemed unreliable, sold fake products, or charged more while offering only a 6-month warranty. Techie turned out to be the best and most genuine choice. The product quality is excellent, exactly as described, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

My only feedback is about customer support. This isn't a complaint—just a personal feedback. It's quite difficult to reach the team through calls, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Replies are often delayed, calls are always unreachable , different platforms provide different answers. The team does try to help, but still the queries and doubts aren't addressed quickly nor explained more clearly.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend Techie.

Battry was very compatible but as I mentioned in my laptop there is IC problem but in future if-else I have to replace my battery i prefer for this Techie battery
