Product is good and lightweight

Received day before yesterday. Got 3 hours of usage in the first recharge. Detailed review can be posted only after 2/3 weeks.

Unfortunately, this HP-SD06XL is not a compatible replacement for the part number L84394-005, when the device is HP victus 15 FA165TX. But, I am greatful to Techie Store for making arrangements for return pick up in no time. And also I thank for having wonderful experience during two previous purchases! Thank you Techie

The battery charged and discharged as per instruction, now it holds laptop for 3 hours without charger connected. Hopefully it will work fine. Thanks for techie for providing sane type battery.

I was trying hard to get the laptop replacement battery for my MSI laptop then I came across Techie initially was scared to purchase but later checked online and found it trustworthy. I recently bought JC04 battery for my HP 15 bs00x.
Delivery experience
- their logistics partner Shiprocket has provided updates on every step of the process, loved the experience.

Packing
- battery came in an official techie box inside a bubble wrap, carefully packed with a user manual and supplemental manual.

The Battery
- it came 77% charged, I followed the user manual and discharge it to 15% and then juiced it up to 100%.
- from 77% to 15% it gave me around 2 hour 45 minutes of backup.
- from 100% to 15% it comfortably gives around 4 hours of back up. (way above than 2 hours claimed on the website.)
- Charging time is only 1 hour 15 minutes. (20% to 98%)
- the higher back up that I am getting should also owe to far more battery efficient Crucial SSD which I upgraded to before buying the battery.

The one year replacement warranty gives you peace of mind.

The only slight issue is that the supplemental manual instructions are not in congruence with the primary user manual (I chose to follow the primary user manual)

Overall, I am happy with my 1st Techie purchase.

I am fully satisfied with functions and capabilities of Techie battery and it is just fantastic to use. I had for the first time ordered Online for a battery, as in the past I had a very bad experience when I had purchased a Compatible battery from a Jalandhar's Store. At the time of Sale the dealer sold out battery and it was working at that time. Whenat reaching home I plugged in to charge battery it failed to charge. When I approached dealer he started befooling me that your charger is defective. When I changed Charger even then charging problem persisted. Then dealer started making lame excuses that your Laptop is defective. So, my sincere advice is that the customer should rely on the quality of Techie. Whatever Company promised it tried to provide service before the time of delivery of the product. Salute to the team of Techie and After Sales Service.

The product was delivered on time and the battery seems to be working fine.
The connection wire is a bit long so it's kinda hard to adjust it after plugging it on the motherboard.

This was my very first purchase with Techie store. I was a bit scared before placing the order because I was looking a genuine product that can enhance battery backup of my laptop. Finally, I got the delivery and use the product.
Wow! The product is super. I'm fully satisfied with it. And definitely in future for my technical components I'll search on techie first since now, I have a positive impact by them. Laptop battery is working fine for now. I have to observe it for next a month or so....Rest, price was affordable. Keep it up guys and I hope you will get the top success in the niche just request to maintain your product quality and then very imp thing is after sell service/customer support. Keep it up 🙂
